Developer seeks feedback
The developer of what's believed to be Tasmania's largest private urban infill project earmarked for the Devonport Showground has called for frank feedback on the concept plans he unveiled last week. Melbourne developer Simon Want is embarking on five weeks of community consultation on the proposed $75 million 200-lot mixed housing masterplan. Mr Want said he wanted to hear everything people had to say about the project he had planned for the century-old showground situated close to the CBD.
